1:1 Shamanic Reiki Session

Energetic healing & guidance for body, mind, and soul

Sometimes you feel stuck. In your head, in your body, in old patterns, or in a transitional phase that you can't quite put into words. A 1:1 Shamanic Reiki session opens a gentle, safe space where you can slow down, receive, and reconnect with your own life energy.

During this session, I open myself as a channel for universal life energy. You don't have to force anything. You can simply be present, breathe, and receive. The energy flows exactly where your body, mind, and soul can use support at that moment.

You remain fully clothed and sit in a chair or lie comfortably on the massage table. The session can help to release tension, soften your energy field, experience inner peace, and again feel more clarity, grounding, and connection with yourself.

This session is for you if you feel that you need energetic support, gentleness, nurturing, and a moment where you don't have to carry, but can receive.

What you can expect:

• A gentle energetic session of approximately 1 to 1.5 hours

• Shamanic Reiki and intuitive energetic guidance

• Space to land, share, and receive

• Support for body, mind, soul, and energy field

• A safe setting where you remain fully clothed
