Henna has been used for centuries for body adornment, rituals, and meaningful rites of passage. Various cultures developed their own patterns, customs, and symbolisms around this special plant.

With respect for these rich traditions, I give henna its own, intuitively inspired form within Sterrevrouw.

During a session, I draw directly on the skin. This can result in power symbols, medicine wheels, organic shapes, and intuitive patterns, tailored to you and the moment.

The application is done slowly and with care. The cool henna paste on the skin, the touch, and the stillness that arises as the pattern emerges make the session a soothing body ritual.
